Enjoy the benefits of camel milk with our Superfood Smoothie
The health benefits of our creamy and delicious camel milk make this superfood smoothie a great way to start your day. Camel milk contains half the saturated fat of normal milk and 10.8g of protein per 300ml – it’s also rich in calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and vitamin C. So it’s a no-brainer that pairing this superfood from the outback with cacao, banana and coffee makes for a delightful smoothie recipe.
Healthy camel milk + cacao + banana + coffee smoothie
Core Ingredients
1 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 level tsp instant coffee or 1 shot of pre-chilled espresso
1 tsp 100% natural peanut butter or ABC butter
3 ice cubes of frozen 100% natural coconut cream
4-5 ice cubes of water
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup cold Good Earth Dairy camel milk

Optional add-ins
1 tsp mesquite powder (for a hint of caramel flavour + added protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (blood sugar stabalising powers)
1 tsp maca powder (hormone balancing superfood)
1/2 tsp natural vanilla bean powder (flavour enhancer)
Pinch of Himalayan salt (brings out other flavours)
Method
Chuck all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet and whiz until smooth.
